luc commission rules – dated june 12, 2013

The City of Albuquerque (CABQ) has not made the LUCC Rules available on the web, pursuant to their “transparency” program. The LUCC Rules have not been made available as a PDF, as in image document, or in a “full text” form.

A public records request for the signed and dated document has been made to City of Albuquerque City Clerk Natalie Howard, MPA, a record that is required by law to be filed with her office. She has not produced the original document for inspection.

The copy (12 image pages, unsigned) presented here was presented to Donald Clayton, in person at the 3rd Floor Planning Department offices by Alfredo Salas, Secretary to the LUCC, after specific request on April 14, 2016. Mr. Salas specifically represented that the LUCC Rules presented here applied to LUCC proceedings.
